1. Return Window
Physical items purchased from Limitless Journey Co may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be: (a) in their original, unused condition; (b) in original packaging with all included accessories; (c) free from signs of use, damage, or alteration. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original components are not eligible for refund.
Digital products (guides, templates, printables) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return: (1) Contact us at support@limitlessjourneyco.com with your order number and reason for return. (2) We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days. (3) Ship your item(s) to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. (4) Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
6. Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, log in to your Subscriber Portal at limitlessjourneyco.com/portal and select Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. There are no cancellation fees.
