1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Rates

Subscription bundles: Free shipping included with every monthly bundle shipment.

One-time purchases over $30: Free standard shipping.

One-time purchases under $30: Flat $5.99 standard shipping fee.

Digital products do not require shipping and are delivered via email download link immediately upon purchase.

3. Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package weight, destination, and delivery speed at our discretion. Carrier selection does not affect delivery timeframes.

4. Delivery Estimates

Domestic (US): 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
Canada: 7–14 business days after fulfillment.
United Kingdom / Australia: 10–21 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view your order status in your Subscriber Portal under Order History.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@limitlessjourneyco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim. In most cases, we will issue a replacement shipment or full refund at our discretion.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address before your bundle ships, do so through the Subscriber Portal or contact support immediately.
