Prices are in US Dollars and include free shipping. Tax may apply based on your shipping address.

Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis. Your billing date is set on the date you originally subscribed and recurs on the same calendar date each subsequent month. If your billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), billing will occur on the last day of that month.

Your subscription automatically renews each month. You will receive a reminder email 5 days before each charge. The charge amount equals your selected plan price.

At checkout, you are charged the full monthly plan price for your first billing cycle. Subsequent charges occur monthly on your renewal date.

Each billing cycle, you may select any available items from the catalog up to your plan\'s item limit. You may update your selections at any time before your billing date through the Subscriber Portal. Unused item slots do not roll over.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscriber Portal under Manage Subscription. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

You may pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from the Subscriber Portal. No charges occur during a pause period. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause unless you cancel.

If you are charged in error or experience a technical billing issue, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge for a review. Refunds for subscription charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Physical items from a delivered bundle follow our standard Return Policy.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will receive at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes before they apply to your subscription. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All subscription management — including pausing, skipping, upgrading, downgrading, updating payment methods, updating shipping addresses, and cancellation — is available through your Subscriber Portal at limitlessjourneyco.com/portal.
