1. Return Window
We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping error.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in original, unused, unaltered condition
- All original packaging, tags, and included accessories are present
- Item has not been assembled, installed, or visibly used
- Item is free from scratches, stains, or physical damage caused by the customer
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: (a) digital downloads once the download link has been accessed; (b) items marked as final sale; (c) items returned after the 30-day window; (d) items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
4. Return Process
Step 1: Email support@limitlessjourneyco.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package the item securely and ship it to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status within 3 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item or a fulfillment error (wrong item shipped). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your account.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
